5115 Depressant is an advanced mineral processing reagent specifically developed for selective separation of chalcopyrite and pyrite. Presented as a black liquid with remarkable chemical stability, it possesses a solid content of no less than 40.0% and offers superior inhibition performance even under challenging slurry conditions.
As a crucial modifier in flotation operations, it is widely used in beneficiation of polymetallic ores—such as copper-molybdenum and molybdenum-sulfur ores—containing chalcopyrite and pyrite. It plays a key role in enhancing molybdenum concentrate quality by effectively suppressing impurity minerals and improving the enrichment of valuable metals.
